Banking Regulatory Consultant/SME/Business Analyst/PM

Our end client, a global multinational bank based in Geneva, is currently looking for an English Banking Regulatory Consultant/SME/Business Analyst/Project Manager to join them on a long term basis for a large IT program. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to work on-site as the key regulatory advisor at a large investment bank.

Your role:
- Advising on regulatory interpretation to ensure a common and consistent understanding of the regulation across the business
- Ensure the solutions developed to achieve compliance reflect this interpretation accurately
- Advising Finance, Risk, Treasury and Operations on the compliance of their business requirements with the regulations

Your profile:
- Solid knowledge of the regulatory compliance environment including equities, private equities, edge funds, investment banking and trading
- In depth regulatory experience (FINRA, FCA, MIFID)
- Regulatory impact analysis
- Strong investment banking background
- CISA certified is a plus
