On behalf of our client, one of the largest financial institutions, we are looking for a BANKING PROJECT COORDINATOR (GERMAN SPEAKING). For this 6 MONTH CONTRACT with renewal position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate, who is AVAILABLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
BUSINESS AREA:
- Project-related role within IWM EAM Europe, a front organization serving European-based External Asset Managers and their end-clients with teams in Switzerland, London, Luxembourg and Guernsey.
- Focus of the role will be to support the teams in Switzerland with the roll-out of a dedicated new service offering in the context of MiFID II and Transaction Reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Central coordination between front organization, central MiFID II project team, EAMs and 3rd party service provider during roll-out & onboarding phase, eg:
- Collecting/forwarding contract documentation and related follow-ups
- Maintaining overview of EAMs approached & on-boarded
- Coordination/addressing of Q full availability required for Q1 2018
- Fluent English and German (verbal and written)
