PMO/PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (GERMAN SPEAKING)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a PMO/PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for a German & English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

ROLE:
- Support the Team lead with various PMO tasks
- Manage specific requests triggered by bank-wide initiatives (eg bring together relevant stakeholders, schedule calls, track open items, complete templates/forms)
SKILLS:
- Over 4 years of work experience in the Project Management Office (PMO): management of project tracking lists (open items), project planning, timesheet tracking, budget/cost controlling, management of allocation keys, preparation of governance documentation (eg Steering Committee STC packs), etc.
- An open, flexible and communicative personality with a good command of written and spoken English
- German - intermediate level
- Ability to work independently, self-conscientiously and accurately
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
- Finance industry experience
- Local candidates preferred
