Gibbs S3 are currently recruiting for a Banking Operations Manager with Complaints experience to be based in Teesside on a 6 month contract.
Key Skills:
3+ years experience in a similar operations role
Banking experience is preferred
Complaints Experience is a must.
Dynamic experienced leader of large teams
People Person - demontrates ability to motivate and inspire other leaders and colleagues
Confident decision maker, able to work on own initiative and make decisions after assessing risk/benefit
Confident communicator at all levels
Significant Stakeholder management experience
Experience of delivering small and medium size projects whilst managing several priorities
