IT Infrastructure and Technical Account Manager - Banking VP, Highly Competitive IB Salary + Benefits Location:London A Global Tier 1 Bank is looking to hire a hybrid infrastructure and account manager to join their client relationship management (CRM) systems group. The group and team essentially act as an internal software house for the bank, providing important infrastructure, software and application management across the business/internal client base. The core infrastructure for the group is in place and the infrastructure manager will play a key role in driving the technology forward including; planning, production, configuring and working with core infrastructure teams to execute tech implementations and maintenance activities. It is important that this person is a do-er, with hands on technical skills and the ability and interest in getting their hands dirty with the technology everyday in order to get the very best out of the systems. The role is multidimensional, with account management responsibilities alongside core infrastructure estate management. Therefore the Infra + Account Manager will be involved in internal client relationship management, license management,SLA's, OLA's and on going service reviews. The role is also likely to evolve over time due to developing business requirements so may encompass different areas of infrastructure service delivery. As a result of these broad responsibilities and exposure there is huge scope for personal development. Ideal Skillset: * Diverse hands on infrastructure skillset, a real all rounder with appreciation of the bigger picture of technology - Microsoft/Wintel focused. * Project and Service Delivery experience. * Strong communication and relationship management skills * ITIL / Service / Infrastructure Delivery experience * Any exposure to a CRM environment would be ideal however enterprise/banking environment experience is applicable. This role does not sit within a core infrastructure function so it is a good opportunity for an experienced business/client facing infrastructure lead/manager currently or previously in a core or similar function to get strong exposure to not only technology but also building key relationships across a top tier investment bank.
