Banking industry L&D recruitment manager/Bracknell

Our client a managed learning company have a project with a major financial institution who need to recruit a Learning and Development consultant who is capable and knowledgeable in running induction programmes to assess vet and recruit associate trainers.

They will require the L&D training consultant to run assessment days, undertake competency based interviews, that involve role-play and training delivery sessions that can assess the associate trainers capabilities against a competency based framework. You will have a background in the Financial services and banking sector and the core competencies that you will be looking to assess their training skills in will be in the areas of Sales management and leadership training.

The assignment will run initially for 3 month and will be based in Bracknell, the weekly commitment will be a minimum of 3 days per week and may increase at points in the project when the project demands it.
