Have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in enterprise, reference and project architecture area.
Have a substantial experience in BPM, BPA, SOA and EA, Mainframe is a plus;
Be recognized for hands-on and down to earth attitude and eager to produce tangible and usable outputs in terms of documents.
Have an outstanding track record in terms of communication, negotiation and translation of strategic messages to the field.
Proven interpersonal skills, allowing to have converged the stakes of both business and IT, leading to adequate solutions.
Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
Be able to steer a small team of staff that are producing tangible outputs.
Have good reporting skills both in oral and in written
