LOCATION: Geneva
CLIENT: A well known company
JOB: BANKING APPLICATION SUPPORT
Purpose:
Our client is looking for a BANKING APPLICATION SUPPORT for a contract role based in Geneva region.
You will:
- Ensure 1st and 2nd level support on Applications
- Answer to users' requests and fix reported bugs.
- Maintain the availability of applications as requested by the SLAs.
- Support key projects during post implementation phase in relation with project team.
- Monitor application status and performance (such as purge processing, batch runtime ) and act adequately.
- Monitor internal incident database to ensure proper functioning of the 2nd level support (after the Help Desk)
- Improve the customer satisfaction via daily support
- Extend competence to other applications for support
Profile:
- Experience in Content Management
- Good banking knowledge, knowing core banking packages (Swift, Murex)
- Strong experience on SQL (Sybase - Oracle - DB2)
- Good knowledge on Unix
- FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH
