BANKING APPLICATION LEVEL 1 SUPPORTER
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a SEVERAL BANKING APPLICATION LEVEL 1 SUPPORTERS. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on incidents in the software deployment and server build areas. Identify the incident root cause and resolve issues.
- Work with internal IT customers to provide them consulting services over the supported tools
- Work with engineering teams on new tools implementation
- Documentation and maintenance of per-application support procedures
SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience in 1st user/application support
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Banking industry experience
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work efficiently
- Flexibility to provide on-call service
- A high level of service orientation and willingness to work independently but in a team
- Fluent English skills are required
