Projektbeschreibung
Responsibilities:
* To work across several clinics carrying a case load of challenging substance misuse patients providing high quality care.
* You will be required to perform signposting, assessments, risk assessments, develop care plans, and carry out 1:1 sessions and occasional group work
*To be able to work independently running health clinics in substance misuse services.
*Previous experience working with a challenging client group.
*Experience in vaccinations, sexual health skills, leg dressing and wound care experience, minor injuries, health education, health promotion, assessment skills, knowledge of blood borne virus testing or counselling
Person Specification:
* Must be a General Nurse or Mental Health Nurse who is currently registered with the NMC.
* A minimum 12 months dealing with a wide range of substance misuse clients.
* Must have a car available for work and be willing to travel within the community as part of the role.
* Must be an effective and responsible lone worker, capable of organising own workload.
