Band 6 Health Visitor

No 1 Recruitment are currently urgent seeking Health Visitors for on going roles in the Hammersmith and Fulham areas.

Full Job Spec on application but basic duties will include:
Delivery of the Health Child program
Service development activities
To provide a health Visiting service in a variety of settings
To organize and co-ordinate Health Clinics
to facilitate the delivery of Local Immunization programs
To attend relevant case conferences and agency meetings
keep up todate with all relevant child protection

Experience required:

Registered Health Visitor
NMC Registration
Experience of working collaboratively as part of a muti-disciplinary team
experience of assessing, Planning and implementing programs of care
Experience of organizing and managing own work load

We require a min of 6 months UK experience and valid NCM pin for registered staff
