Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse - Older Peoples Outreach

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within an Older Peoples Outreach Service based in Manchester. This vacancy has an initial 2 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 25 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Identifying the needs of service users.
- Managing and administering medication.
- Maintaining a high standard of practice.
- Working alongside the care coordinator.

Requirement:
- All applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse, with a valid NMC pin.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years recent post qualified experience working as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse within an Older People's Outreach Service.
