Band 5 Community Nurses are required for multiple job vacancies in Oxfordshire. Our client looking for numerous motivated and professional Band 5 Nurses for full time job opportunities based out in the community.

Due to start ASAP, our client is looking for candidates to work full time in ongoing positions across their region. Previous community experience is essential, with the main tasks for the position being:

- Injection Therapy & Phlebotomy
- Anaphylaxis
- Syringe Drivers
- Compression bandages, simple & complex
- Pressure ulcer care, grades 1, 2, 3 & 4
- Venous ulcer care
- Assessment scores, Walsall & MUST
- Cannulation
- Catheterisation both simple and suprapubic
- PICC or equivalent lines including flushing
