Band 4 Assistant Psychologist - Older Adults

Sanctuary Health currently has a locum job vacancy for a Band 4 Assistant Psychologist to work within an older adults team based in Birmingham. This vacancy has an initial 2 month contract, working 3 days a week and the pay rate for this role is 15-20 per hour (limited company worker).

All applicants must hold a clean full UK driving licence and be a car owner.

Duties:
- Screening individuals for suitability for specific group interventions
- Undertaking interventions with clients
- Contributing to multidisciplinary discussion of clients including diagnosis, treatment issues, risk assessment and care plan issues
- Facilitating/co-facilitating groups as part of a programme for service users in the community

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a undergraduate degree within psychology either 2:1 or above is essential. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a band 4 assistant psychologist within an older adults team.
