The Intermediate Backup Support Analyst is responsible for providing Operational Support for a large geographically distributed backup environment. The role involves execution of standard operating procedures, monitoring, incident and problem resolution, and reporting. As a member of the backup team, the Intermediate Backup Analyst will participate in life cycle planning, capacity planning, technology and process improvements, and other activities as required. Complex and diverse backup environment creates significant opportunities for professional growth and specialization in various areas of backup management.
