Backend Java Engineer Job

BACKEND JAVA ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in FOXBOROUGH, MA.

- Database tools
- Web Sockets and messaging frameworks

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Be a member of an agile software team who is building the next generation of software for the automation and manufacturing industries.
- The person in this role will be responsible for developing Back End components including web services, databases and other stores, messaging between services, deployment and configuration of Servers and components, and integrating with the UI and other applications.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience developing Java based web and micro services (Spring, RESTful, Jersey, RestEasy,JAX-RS, Web Services)
- Experience with database tools (SQL Server, JPA, Hibernate,JDBC, Spring Data)
- Experience with web sockets and messaging frameworks, RabbitMQ, NodeJS
- Experience writing unit, mocked and automated tests (Junit, JMeter)
- Experience working with other members on the team and architects to create and implement a scalable web architecture
- Experience with source control tools and build systems (SVN, Git, Bamboo, Artifactory)
- Experience working on an Agile development team
