Back Office Specialist (Commodities) - Switzerland - Contract

BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST (COMMODITIES) - SWITZERLAND - CONTRACT

For one of our client in the region of Zurich, we are searching for a Back Office Specialist with several years of experience with Commodities products and strong Endur knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execution and settlement of all commodity products, eg oil, gas, power, etc.
- Responsibility for deal entry, deal validation, billing, invoicing, etc.
- Coordination of the related stakeholders in case of processing issues
- Contribution to the improvement of current and future processes
- Close collaboration with the accounting teams
- Build of small tools with Excel VBA & Endur

IDEAL PROFILE:

- University Degree in Commerce or a related field of study
- Several years of experience in a Back Office function in the trading/commodities/energy sectors
- Good Derivatives knowhow (Options, Forwards, Futures, etc.)
- Strong Excel and Endur knowledge
- Interest in process optimization
- Fluent English and German
