Role: Back Office Support
Rate: 200-250(euro) per day neg.
Location: Brussels
Duration: 2months plus possible extension

5)Description:
*Analyse different incidents in depth
*Give advice to our national and international Engineers/Departments.
*Solve problems within the predefined time frame by using your admin support and organisational skills
*Report on contract issues, services and invoicing
*Escalate the call to the Technical Helpdesk engineer/Manager in case of problems
*Register the information of the client regarding the SLA's
*Inform the clients about the status of the incident
*Prepare the invoices
*Planning and organisation
*Report escalations to the team leaders
*Give support to the engineers to get spare parts
*Keep the databases up to date and review the quality of the information
*Daily follow-up of team members: technical issues, way of dealing with customers, follow-up of escalation management
*Answering clients in a friendly way and giving remote advise to engineers in order to solve the problems of the customer within the predefined time frame.
*Internal case follow up and analysis.
