BACK OFFICE EXPERT: CUSTODY, SETTLEMENT, UAT, POST TRADE, BUSINESS ANALYSIS REVIEW: GLOBAL EXCHANGE: MILAN: CONTRACT EUR450 - EUR550/DAY.
The candidates will work in the Operations Area, the operational area is composed by two department Custody and Settlement.
THE RESOURCE WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE FOLLOWING:
- Analysis of business activities (custody and settlement) in accordance with the international standard and practices
- Definition of the procedures for custody and settlement services, for internal users and clients
- Collaboration with Product and Project Areas for the individuation of the related technical and functional procedures implication
- Management of custody or settlement services (corporate action management, domestic or cross border settlement, admission of financial instruments)
- Definition of the User Acceptance Test strategy and organization
- Design of the related scenarios and execution of the User Acceptance Test
- Supervision of the quality services and control of the operational risk and costs, in accordance with the internal policies and external regulations
- Collaboration with Business Continuity Manager for the creation, maintenance and coordination of the contingency plan for the department
- Collaboration with Sales/Customer areas for the functional assistance in case of new client's start up
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- minimum 3/4 years of experience in Back Office, preferably in a company active in the post trading business
- Master Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Experience in business analysis review
- Analytical approach and good relationships skills
- Fluent English
