BACK OFFICE ENGINEER ( CORE - CS - PS - BO - SECOND LINE SUPPORT - 2ND LINE SUPPORT - UMTS - LTE )
Key Skills:
- Above three years of working experiences in Telecommunication industry and previous experience in Core PS or CS Systems is required
- Operation and configuration on the following various Telco equipment
- Second level Support for Core UMTS and LTE equipment including equipment surveillance, operations and configuration
- Resolving network related Customer Complaints within SLA
- Configuration Management (generate and implement data transcript )
- Core CS or PS nodes software upgrades/updates
RIZE's client is a market leading Telco Vendor and is currently looking to recruit several PS/CS Backoffice engineers to join one of the largest European projects.
