Back Office CS Core Engineer (Ericsson HSS experience) x2

WaveTel requires two fully experienced engineers for these contract positions in Denmark.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduates from College or University within Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum three years of working experiences in Telecommunication industry and previous experience in Core CS Systems is required.
- Operation and configuration on the following equipments:
- Ericsson APZ , , /APG 40, 43: MSC, HLR, MSC Blade cluster
- LTE TSP6 HSS
- GMPv4 Ericsson Media Gateway
- Roamware Roaming Platform
- General understanding of Traffic cases: SS7protocols/SIP good knowledge and traces troubleshooting (Polystar Xsense)
- Able to analyze and provide recommendations to Customer Service Requests and OM queries of complex nature
- B number analysis
- IR21 implementations
- Radio nodes definitions on Core CS elements (blade clusters)
- Good knowledge of operations support and supply processes.
- Able to communicate fluently in English. Danish would be a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acceptance test for CS Core nodes.
- Core CS nodes software upgrades/updates
- Second level Support for Core CS UMTS and LTE Ericsson equipments including equipments surveillance, operations and configurations.
- Resolving network related Customer Complaints within SLA
- Configuration Management (generate and implement data transcript )
- IR21 Roaming agreements implementations
- Performance Management. Support KPI manager with clarifications. Optima reports.
- Preventive maintenance
- Operational Instructions, processes and documentation
- Providing trainings to Front Office team
- On call duty
