Back Office - CS Core

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY AND FUNCTIONS

Level-3/Level-4 level fault restoration (Incident and Problem) and Configuration/Change management.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices and network implementation process.
- Coordination with relevant departments, 3rd party Vendors and operators for technical issues.
- Ensure Back Office operations services are delivered according to SLA, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Emergency restoration procedure and processes oriented.
- Act as contact point for incidents from various functions like NOC, IPM etc.
- Participate in Preventive service maintenance.
- Participate in Performance management and KPI analysis.
- Prepares Incident/Root Cause Analysis reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Operator or Vendor related hands-on experience of minimum 5 years (preferable experience from multi vendor environment).

Working level experience and excellent troubleshooting skills on NSN MSC, MSS, MGW, HLR, SRR, HiS700, OneNDS.

Excellent understanding and work experience on ISUP, SIP, INAP, ISDN, BSSAP, IP protocols etc.

- Working level experience and excellent troubleshooting skills in inbound and outbound CS + PS Roaming.
- Excellent understanding and working experience in interfaces between different Core related network elements.
- Excellent knowledge in Mobile Core Telecom (2G,3G,4G) + Fixed AXE Core.
- Good analytic and investigations skills related to Incident/Problems (Root Cause Analysis).
- Computer and general IS/IT knowledge and general programming skills.
- Mobile and/or fixed telecom operator and/or vendor experience
