BA - Project Specialist (Process Support) (m/f)

Emagine consulting is seeking a BA Project Support person for our client a Fortune 100 IT corporation. The team is implementing and supporting a sales registration initiative aimed at simplifying processes and helping partners to more easily understand programs and promotions.

The role will be to become a subject matter expert for the tools and act as:
- Back up for lead business analyst working on future design
- Administrator for Discount Central tool/supporting EMEAR program and promo owners with setup of behaviour rewards

Scope of responsibilities includes:
- Overall maintenance of the Discount Central Registry, eg on-boarding new programs/promos & administration of existing programs/promos
- Providing support through program/promo life cycle
- Training Discount Central Users

You need:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organisation and communication skills a must
- Self-driven individual: ability to work/act independently and think fast
- Knowledge of company CRM, ERP, commerce tools and customer incentive program/promotion business context would be a plus
- Exposure to Agile would be a plus
- Due to the international nature of the project (working with US based teams) flexibility to participate in evening calls (from time to time) is required. You can be based in any one of a number of European Cities.
