This opportunity has arisen with one of Australia's premier Financial Services organisations, with International reach in major financial hubs around the globe.

My client champions a sound approach to Project Services within the organisation, they are using Agile Methodologies and have resources dedicated to the Project, no borrowing from BAU!

The team are responsible for delivering IT solutions to both internal and external clients across Banking (Retail and Business), Wealth, and Investment Banking. An innovative team that are embracing Agile Project methodologies to deliver high-quality IT services quickly. You can expect to work with innovative and highly experienced individuals in a collaborative and friendly environment that evokes passion for what they do.

The outline of will be responsible for the delivery and governance of payment related projects, driving through business cases for a Payment Services resiliency project across a number of different units.

Responsibilities include:

- Identify and define project scope
- Lead team members, co-ordinating work and deliverables among the team
- BA planning, prioritising to stakeholder requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement to understand requirements and manage the process
- Conflict management, issue resolution
- Identify business needs, issues and define solution scope
- Documentation of business state, identify and recommend improvements
- Oversee project work stream deliverables
- Team leadership
- Gap analysis and management
- Solution effectiveness
- Develop business requirements documentation and models
- Functional design
- Develop concept papers and design spec's
- Risk identification
- Understanding of BABOK
