BA Document/Content Management/Sharepoint

The contract is with a well known consultancy to be on a BA Document/Content Management/Sharepoint assignment at a European site in central Paris as follows:

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Have previous experience driving change within an organisation. As a minimum this should include driving adoption and business value realisation but will ideally extend to organisational change management.
- Have strong stakeholder management experience

Experience and knowledge of business change management principles, methodologies and tools.

Education and qualifications:

- University or college degree in computer engineering, computer science or business administration
- Professional qualifications in business analysis
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal;
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, and to establish and maintain strong relationships
- A profound experience in defining business requirements in the areas of document management and enterprise content management.
- Ability to create and maintain organisations business architecture structure for content management system
- A hands-on experience implementing enterprise content management system in a complex and mediums size enterprise (around 300 employees)
- Fluency in both: written and verbal English with the ability to summarise technical concepts to non-technicians and diverse business stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft applications, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and MS SharePoint.
- Experience implementing content management system in Microsoft SharePoint environment.
