An IT Consultancy in Stockholm, Sweden currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst. The ideal Business Analyst will gather, analyse and evaluate the emerging functional and non-functional business requirements to improve end user experience and usability of the existing system
Key skills: BA/Business Analyst/- UML/BPMN/MOSS/MS Visio/Sparx Enterprise Architect
Essential skills:
University degree with minimum 4 years of experience in IT or non-University degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT;
2 years minimum experience in gathering and analysing functional and non-functional requirements for complex scientific applications;
Hands on experience in process mapping, business Datamodelling, workflow process analysis and process reengineering of Content and Document management systems;
Experience with BPMN, UML, Agile development processes, Case Tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect and MS Visio or Business Studio;
Knowledge or certification in MS SharePoint MOSS 2007 or 2010 and SharePoint content types;
Proven experience in developing use cases, user stories, and mock ups;
Experience in coordinating technical, functional and business users;
Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
