B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Beauty Supply)

Beauty Distribution's driving force since it's inception 5 years ago has been to offer innovative & exclusive products to the finest salons & spas while ensuring an exceptional customer experience each and every time.

JOB SUMMARY:

THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBILITY OF BECOMING FULL-TIME PERMANENT.

The sales representative will recommend and encourage sales of quality and innovative cosmetics to signature spas and salons. Your passion for your craft will be felt by customers with each interaction as you promote our fine line of product, build brand awareness and develop professional working relationships..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and execute strategies to achieve desired sales goals through research and prospective customer identification activities
-

Establish, develop and maintain business relationships in your assigned territory to generate new and maintain current business
-

Promote, sell and secure orders from prospective/customers through a relationship based approach and by emphasize product features based on analysis of customers' needs, and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
-

Provide product consultation services to ensure that customers are making informed product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications
-

Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information
-

Follow leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and associations, and attending trade shows and conferences
-

Maintain customer records of contacts, accounts and orders using SalesForce CRM

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

-

Previous experience working in the Beauty supply industry or with a Product Supplier
-

Previous experience managing a defined sales territory or region
-

Must have B2B sales experience dealing with beauty suppliers
-

Experience in the salon/beauty industry a must
-

Demonstrated Impact and Influencing skills to effectively sell products to customers.
-

Advanced computer and internet skills to be able to conduct research, create presentations and manage customer data
-

Excellent presentation and time management skills
-

Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to exceed sales quotas and service levels
-

High level of integrity and work ethic
-

Above average listening, verbal and written communication skills
-

Bilingualism an asset
