B2B MARKETING LEAD: WORLD LEADING OIL AND GAS CO.

START DATE: ASAP

World Leading Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a B2B Marketing Lead to join their dynamic team on a fast-paced European reseller programme, where they will play a key role in setting up a new fuel card business in a number of European markets.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL MANAGE THE MARKETING WORKSTREAM ACROSS 4 KEY AREAS:
Project management of customer marketing activities (ie development and distribution of customer communications in local markets and associated fuel card marketing collateral via in-house creative teams and external suppliers)
Supporting Indirect Channel Lead Generation efforts through customer website marketing and engagement planning for Retail staff on new business development activities (ie cus-tomer acquisition and incentive schemes in local markets)
Leading Stakeholder and Change Management within the marketing organisation and business partner teams on behalf of the Programme, to maintain advocacy for the reseller business strategy and collaboration on customer communications actions
Custodian of the Reseller Sales & Marketing Training model, co-ordinating the localisation of global training modules and face to face training sessions to ensure the Reseller's em-ployees are successfully on-boarded with a high level of customer segment, brand and market knowledge.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working directly with the Reseller's Communications team and Project Management Office to deliver the integrated marketing project plan in each market
Leading a team of Local Marketing Managers through the marketing project plan for local adaptation, and successful delivery of critical milestones (in accordance with country specific legal and brand compliance)
Weekly reporting on key marketing milestones and deliverables as part of the overall the Programme plan
Working closely with the Indirect Channel Marketing team to ensure the marketing activities delivered during implementation, are successfully set-up to support strong business performance for the reseller after handover to business as usual activities.

ABOUT YOU:

Excellent communication, project and stakeholder management skills (essential)
Experience of managing marketing communications on Change Programmes across multiple countries and cultures (essential)
Experience of working on marketing activities in support of Channel Management (desirable)
High commercial - has transferable skills/experience that can aid new business development (desirable)
Highly fluent in English - speaking and written (essential)
Second European language (desirable)
Highly motivated self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner (essential)
Positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment as part of a large, globally dispersed project team across multiple cultures (essential)
Willingness to travel in Europe on occasions
