AWS Solution Architect - International Advanced AWS End User (Amsterda

AWS Solution Architect sought for a long-term assignment with a major multinational who are a huge user of AWS technology.

Our client are currently live with an-house developed AWS PaaS which is now being adopted and configured by their many application development teams as they look to rationalise their complex Legacy IT estate, thus eliminating technical debt and becoming a major Digital player.

They are now looking for an experienced AWS Solution Architect to join their Cloud organisation. The successful candidate will be a senior team member responsible as a go-to between the Core Engineering team and the wider IT organisation - consulting and designing relevant AWS based solutions and overseeing their successful adoption and migration.

Requirements

- Experienced Solution Architect or Engineer with expertise in AWS Public Cloud.
- AWS Certification(s) - ideally AWS Certified Solution Architect but others also extremely relevant.
- Exposure to other Cloud products also useful - ie Azure, Google Cloud, IBM BlueMix.
- CloudFormation, IAM and Python skills preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch also useful but not essential.
- Ideally seeking local candidates currently based in the Netherlands (regardless of Nationality).
- Able to work with and consult to a wide and varied user group.
