AWS Java Developer - Global retailer are kicking off a new initiative, they want to transform two planning tools for two different retail channels to one single solution that is more scalable, portable and supportable. Therefore they have chosen to use the global standard of Java and AWS, where on the AWS side they have to see if they can fully adapt to the AWS suite or if they have to select a hybrid form of AWS in order to deliver a MVP to their business while maintain a global security standard.

They want to have the team in place in August. The ideal candidate should have experience in

Java development for the Retail merchandizing team, planning processes being main scope. Experience/knowledge with Retail Planning processes is preferred

Work directly with end-users and BSA to develop the real product in an agile manner, good communicative skills and experience with Business Analysis are preferred.

Thorough knowledge on Java development and cloud based solutions like Amazon Web Services.

Experience with Agile way of working

Proven experience within Retail Planning end-user tool development

Candidate has to be able to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.

Experienced with designing attractive and intuitive User Interfaces/Front End
