Teleticket a long established Tour Operator, specialising in selling flights only to the trade are looking for a full time Aviation Executive for a fixed term contract until 31/10/2016.

Do you have a passion for travel and are looking to develop your career in Tour Operating and Aviation? The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong communication and organisational skills and possess good time management. A team player able to work as part of a team but willing to take responsibility and able to work to daily and weekly deadlines.

Responsibilities include;

•Day to day management of the flight inventory on our in-house reservations system
•Loading new flight contracts
•Updating existing flight contracts
•Ensuring prompt processing of any stopsale notifications
•Monitoring market conditions to maximise yield control
•Internal and External Sales Reporting
•Conduct regular programme checks and action flight changes as required
•Responsible for the authorisation of aviation supplier invoices
•Sending passenger manifests to suppliers
•Responding to customer and suppliers emails and phone calls
•General operational and administrational duties as required

Salary subject to experience.
