The Engineer must have expertise of IP Telephony design and rollout projects.
Must have expert level experience in Avaya Communications Manager, Telecommunications, PBX Integration, PSTN provisioning.
Detailed knowledge of telecommunications protocols, good written, and oral communications skills, Experience at methodical installation, thorough documentation, and systematic problem resolution, Experience in providing high customer support and satisfaction and resolving a wide variety of End User technical problems at all corporate levels and supervisory experience.
