Candidates must be able to perform the following tasks:
Maintenance tasks - shutdown procedures, startup, user account creation, best practices in terms of daily monitoring/checks, swapping core in a duplex scenario, patching and license updates SIP Endpoint (phones) setup and troubleshooting.
Optional skills include: Aura Messaging troubleshooting, AES experience, Vectoring experience, CMS experience, ANS, AA Conferencing and WFO. The candidates will need to be based onsite in Minnesota, USA. 6-12 Month Contract+.
