You will join the AM Front CRM Team of Specialists and provide Business Analysis as well as parameterisation skills with Avaloq, focused on solution development in the CRM area.
Key Accountabilities:
- Business Analysis, Requirements Specification and Implementation for CRM.
- Understanding of the wealth business processes, products and services.
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Management
Skills:
- Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
- Avaloq certification
- Strong Avaloq parameterisation know-how
- PL/SQL skills
- Project management skills (preferred)
- Oracle database know-how (preferred)
