Req'd Skills: Automotive; Project Management Delivery; FMEA, Six Sigma.
Rate: Up to 25.64/hr Ltd Co. Dependant on Experience.

Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

Division:
Body Engineering.

Position Description:
Project Engineer for Door Sealing Systems for forward model programmes.

Skills Required:
- Proven Project management capability, demonstrated by recent delivery on time & budget.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels.
- PC Literacy - Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.

Skills Preferred:
- Engineering knowledge of Door system design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements.
- CAD Literacy - ability to manipulate and interrogate CAD data and use associated visualisation tools.
- Ability to generate CAD data in Catia v5 would be an advantage.
- Significant experience in use of engineering tools - FMEA, Six Sigma, problem resolution etc.
- All applicants should have a valid UK driving licence.
- Working knowledge of project delivery processes - GPDS / FPDS / PRINCE2 or similar.
- Working knowledge of change management processes.

Experience Required:
Successful history of project management delivery.

Experience Preferred:
Ideally within the automotive sector or adjacent industries, e.g. rail, aerospace, defence, energy etc.

Education Required:
Ideally degree educated.
