Automic (UC4) Administrator- Contract-Dublin

Automic Administrator with in depth experience of Installation, administration and support of Automic (UC4) required for a 6 month contract in Dublin.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Installation, administration and support of Automic (UC4)
- Optimisation of Automic environments in line with best practice
- Diagnosis and remediation of problems in Automic environment
- Act as a contact for customers and other support teams on technical issues
- Manage incidents relating to Automic as they arise
- Monitor and manage support queue for Enterprise Operations
- Attend meetings and reviews as required
- Share technical knowledge with colleagues

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years Automic including:
- Exporting and importing object
- Scheduled and recurring execution of tasks
- Monitoring and controlling active tasks
- Installation of Automic components
-Automic Administration
- Automic utilities including Scripting
- Windows PowerShell
- Process design
- 3+ years Microsoft Windows Server 2008 & 2012 technologies and administration
- Excellent technical writing skills

DESIRABLE

- Windows Server Management
- Queries using SQL
- ITIL processes and procedures
