Automation Tester - PHP - Selenium

AUTOMATION TESTER - PHP - SELENIUM

Automation Tester required with strong analytical and problem solving skills and an eye for detail. We require a highly motivated individual with well-developed interpersonal skills. You will be the automation tester in a small team of testers, including off-shore resources, working on a new client engagement using Magento. You will be involved in the identification of automation candidate test cases, the writing of automated test cases and will be required to execute tests both automated and where necessary manual tests.

The applicant will be system testing on new projects, ideally within the retail sector and be proficient in Selenium Web Driver and PHP Unit. Core PHP skills are essential to this role and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their competence in this area. This role may appeal to a PHP developer who has previous experience of Magento and wishes to develop their exposure to the Magento Test Automation Framework (MTAF).

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Experience creating test automation frameworks using SeleniumDB2, DB Visualizer, SQL, XML, UNIX and Restful Services.
- Experience of using SpiraTest.
- Experience of HTML, Flash and JavaScript.
- Have experience of coaching junior members of the team
