Automation Tester/Netherlands/English Speaking Site

An excellent long-term contract opportunity to join a dynamic team in the Public Sector based in the Hague, Netherlands.

The Test & Quality Assurance team within ICT Solution Delivery needs to perform additional testing activities on various projects related to automated functional testing of new/updated functionality on in-house developed core-systems. A significant part of the work is regression testing using Selenium WebDriver with C# unit tests and automated testing of micro-services running on (internal) Azure Service Fabric.

DUTIES will also include non-functional testing regarding quality characteristics of the application under test, such as Efficiency (performance), Reliability (eg backup/restore, fault tolerance, etc.) and may also include test data generation and system integration/data migration testing.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 5 years + experience conducting functional testing of Web Applications.
- 2 years + experience designing, coding and executing automated tests using tools such as: HP Unified Functional Testing (Quick Test Professional) or Selenium Webdriver.
- 1 year + experience designing, coding and executing automated tests on applications based on micro-service architecture.
- 3-6 months test planning and test management experience
- 6 months + experience conducting performance testing of Web applications/services.
