Automation Test Analyst - Brussels - 4 Months - BI Project

AUTOMATION TEST ANALYST - BRUSSELS - 4 MONTHS - BI PROJECT - MULTI LINGUAL
We are looking for an experienced resource "Test automation" contractor with a good knowledge of massive data processing. The resource must be available in mid-September. The mission goes until the end of the year, renewable based on the results and annual budgets. The rate is negotiable depending on experience and they will be interviewing over the next couple of weeks.
Under the proposed data warehouse, IT has developed a testing strategy as having transverse pillar test automation. The mission for which we seek an additional resource for the following tasks: "Test cases design," "Test cases implementation," "Testing & Analysis Suite Execution." The "test harness" is based on the NUnit framework and specific add-ins BI
PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
Test automation developer for BI project
- Experience in pre-testing and more significant.
- Standalone for creating SQL queries and familiar with the concepts of databases
- A first experience with MDX is a plus, if no experience, willingness to learn is absolutely necessary.
- A first experience with frameworks and runners test automation such as NUnit or equivalent is a plus, if no experience, willingness to learn is absolutely necessary.
- Able to share and explain their ideas and to compare them with the rest of the team. (Collaboration)
- Able to adapt to a methodology and existing testing policies, while suggesting possible improvements.
- Communicates with other stakeholders in the project in case of doubts or problems with the specifications
- Enriched the literature that this is the level of testing or specification based on the knowledge he/she has acquired and is not found there
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Based on the specifications received, he/she wrote significant examples of the desired end result.
- Complete or fine specifications with relevant information he/she has acquired during the creation or validation examples
- Base part of these automated tests on the examples he/she has validated
- Develop other tests to comply with the testing strategy established
- Propose amendments to the strategy of the relevant points based on the problems
- Execute automated tests and infers potential bugs
- Check these potential bugs and reports in a bug tracking tool
- After fixing bugs in the implementation team ensures the validation
- Following the results of the deployment when going into acceptance and production.
- Prepares documentation of testing useful and appropriate to the needs
The candidate will be liaising with other teams that may be conversing in French and Dutch so multi lingual candidates would be a bonus.
