Automated Tester
Duration: 3-6 month initially
Summary
A leading consultancy firm are looking for an experienced automated tester to be based on site at one of their customers. This exciting opportunity will suit an ambitious individual to come and work in coherence with other testers and onshore/offshore development teams. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills related to, in particular, automated testing, coupled with background knowledge of relational databases, file processing and web-enabling technologies. You will be required to analyse business requirements as well as creating test scenarios, test plans and designing and executing test cases.
Key requirements:
Extensive testing experience
Good experience with automated frameworks and automated tools.
Exposure to large data sets and data quality framework
Experience with Business Intelligence/ETL and/or Informatica testing is strongly desired.
Ability to execute comprehensive SQL queries.
Experience in Functional end to end testing, system testing, batch processing, and regression testing.
Proficiency with ALM/Quality Centre, QTP.
