Authentification Engineer (Senior), Zurich, asap, 4 Months

ROLE SUMMARY:

Our customer - a bank - is seeking a senior Authentication Engineer to support a high profile project that is building a global, unified and cutting-edge digital private banking experience.

This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role for a dynamic senior engineer with a passion for delivering excellent products and services.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define use case, detailed technical specification and security baseline
- Evaluate, design and rate possible solutions and build a PoC
- Setup an build and packaging environment
- QA: define test plan and execute tests
- Write operational manual and train operation team
- Manage unknown software issues/defects
- Report status/issues and project progress proactive
- 3rd level production support

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science
- Experience in Banking IT (min. 8 years)
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION HARD-TOKEN OR SOFT-TOKEN (VENDORS SUCH AS VASCO, GEMALTO, RSA)
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WEB ACCESS MANAGEMENT OR WEB SSO PRODUCTS (SUCH AS IBM ACCESS MANAGER, CA SITEMINDER, ORACLE ACCESS MANAGER, ETC.)
- SHOULD have Experience with eBanking security solutions
- SHOULD have Knowledge of Java and Java build tools - J2EE, Servlets, JSP
- SHOULD have Experience developing login pages and credential flows
- SHOULD have Experience with Tomcat or similar
- Experience in web security/web application Firewall, intrusion detection system knowledge would be beneficial
- Technical background in TCP/IP and related protocols HTTP, HTTPS, WebSockets, DNS is beneficial
- Mutual SSL/TLS and PKI knowledge is beneficial
- Should have strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Good communication skills both in verbal and written manner
- Proactive and highly motivated team player
