Who we're looking for

Are you a qualified Accountant who has experience in leading the audits of large financial services companies? Do you have a keen interest in and strong knowledge of the Financial Services sector? We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing Banking & Capital Markets (B&CM) assurance practice. You&rsquoll lead medium to large teams, primarily on the audits of our unrivalled portfolio of B&CM clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on a range of advisory engagements, on both our audit and non-audit clients.

You&rsquoll be responsible for the delivery of your engagements and ensuring the high quality of your teams audit work and reporting. You will also lead and coach your team members, and manage relationships with senior level clients. More broadly, you will also contribute to the running of our business unit, including business and people development.

Requirements

ACA or ACCA or equivalent CA qualification

Experience in leading audits of large financial services companies 

Experience in leading medium to large sized audit teams 

Experience in supervising and developing staff 

Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships 

Proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions 

Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines

Keen interest in and strong knowledge of the Financial Services sector
