Audit Manager

Our Retail Banking client has a great opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager to join their Edinburgh based team. The ideal candidate will have worked in a retail banking environment and have knowledge of Wholesale Credit and Capability liquidity, as well as, an understanding of key regulation changes.

MAIN DUTIES:

Ensure audits are delivered in accordance with time budgets.

Assist with scoping of audit plan and allocation of audit resources to specific engagements.

Act as the liaison person for Internal Audit observations and action points.

Stakeholder engagement with Senior Management team members to discuss strategic and change risk matters.

Work with 3rd party auditors to ensure compliance and efficiency targets are met.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Audit/Finance Qualification

Financial Services experience

Experience of holding an Audit manager role

Understanding of Wholesale Credit and capability Liquidity

Understanding of strategic risk
