ATG Technical Lead/Architect - Amsterdam

ATG Technical Lead/Architect required to work on a large E-commerce project for a retail client based in Amsterdam. You will be on an initial 3 month contract with a view of longer term opportunity. This is the perfect role for an experienced Technical Lead to become a Technical Architect.

The successful ATG Technical Lead/Architect with be responsible for:

- Adhere to the clients methods; specifically integration of Iteration approach with existing standards
- Day to day completion of technical project tasks
- Update management and clients with the status of Development
- Unit testing of code and delivering high quality work to agreed deadlines
- Working within a team to design and develop a range of cutting edge technical solutions

The successful ATG Technical Lead/Architect must have experience in:

- Previous ATG experience is essential
- E-commerce and Retail markets/sector/project experience
- Working in an Agile environment
- Experience in Mentoring junior developers
- Client facing experience
- Previous architecture experience is ideal but no necessary
- programming experience in Java/J2EE
- Experience of setting up the development strategy and road map

The successful candidate would be expected to work in Amsterdam full time (potential 1 day remote and 4 days on site). All expenses will be paid for travel and living accommodation.
