A rapidly growing Drilling Contractor is currently seeking experienced offshore hands who are looking to advance their career to the next level. Due to the release of multiple new rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, this firm is looking for experienced Assistant Rig Managers ready to get to work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting the Rig Manager in the daily operations of the drillship
* Build a successful relationship with client
* Cooperate with other functions in the rig team, including Technical Superintendent, Drilling Superintendent, QMHSE, finance and HR
* Monitor and follow up on the performance of the drilling unit
* Drive performance on the drilling unit
* Identify and realize the business potential in the contract and have a key role in ensuring these potentials are being successfully managed
