Associate Scientist

The purpose of the Associate Scientist position is to accurately execute experiments designed to aid in defining manufacturing processes for biopharmaceuticals.

- The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of biochemistry, chromatography, related analytical chemistries, centrifugation, precipitation, and filtration design principles.
- This position requires the accurate execution of experiments using these technologies and the ability to evaluate and clearly report the results to laboratory colleagues and other affected functional areas.
- A good understanding of protein chemistry, protein analytics, and bioprocess technologies required.
- aseptic technique, analytical and computer skills are required.
- It would be advantageous for the successful candidate to have a strong working knowledge of the drug development process for progression of a biological candidate.
- Applicants should be bright, organized, self-motivated, capable of working independently with supervisor input and in a collaborative environment.
