Associate Project Manager

Duties:

Completes a variety of complex or difficult tasks. Works on routine assignments. Coordinates with product managers to get manual removal pre-approval. Responsible for the removal of product manuals from the bill of material and their subsequent discontinuation/scrapping. Modify bill of materials in Agile and/or other systems (SAP, E1, etc.). Oversee the overall approval work flow.

Skills:

Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and /or E1) and PLM systems basic knowledge. Comprehensive Knowledge of applied technical knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP/MRP systems principles and navigation. Proficiency in computer applications and current software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, project). Good communication skills and attention to detail are required to complete tasks with high accuracy. Effectiveness in this role requires a functional knowledge of policies and procedures.

Education: Associate degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant experience.
