ROLE SUMMARY:
The Regional End-to-End Testing Associate is accountable for supporting regional End to End testing efforts, assessing regional testing resource needs and developing integrated plans and resourcing strategies accordingly. This individual will assess and analyze the business requirements and process changes for new initiatives and continuous improvement solutions in the service delivery model, and determine testing requirements in alignment with the global testing strategy and guidelines. In addition, the Regional End-to-end Testing Associate is also responsible for executing testing for limited scope changes, Minor Enhancements and Business as usual tickets, as well as tracking and reporting results and providing business sign-off to the technical organization.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Execute testing efforts, track and report testing outcomes, status and statistics at a regional level.
- Assess testing effort necessary to support implementation of Change Controls, Work planning items, and Production tickets for issues impacting the region.
- Create and maintain ongoing relationships with local HR resources that can be leveraged for explaining local process needs and assisting with testing for items that require local language validation.
- Analyze business requirements and functional specification documents for use in the design and implementation of technical and functional solutions.
- Prepare test scenarios and scripts, and assist with testing environment setup and data manipulation.
- Using the established procedures, mine data through the use of TOAD/Oracle for matching to each test script, and perform manual testing to validate results.
- Ensure that defects and issues are logged, managed, and addressed as needed, and that are all requirements are met before the final solution is deployed.
- Provide final functional sign-off before changes/fixes move into the Production environment.

SKILLS:

SKILLS:

- Experience in end-to-end process testing and tools or Systems Development Lifecycle Testing (SDLC).
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and issue management skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
- Some knowledge of relational databases including some experience with writing and executing SQL statements and queries.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and operate in a fast-paced environment as part of a Global Team.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
- Testing/Troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-2 years experience in HR process design, as HR business analyst, or similar experience in HR or HR Business Technology.
- 1-2 years experience in HR Process testing preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Functional or technical experience with PeopleSoft and Documentum preferred.
- Good communication skills and follow-up are a MUST.
- Must work well with little supervision. Should be motivated and a self-starter.
