ASSOCIATE ESCROW ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Grand Rapids, MI

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Mortgage experience
- General public or office environment for one year.
- High School Diploma.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
- Performs secretarial and clerical duties to assist in the gathering of information and handling of funds for escrow closings.
- Preclosing maintenance and post-closing follow up on assigned files.
- Quality control of signing documents.
- Scanning documents into system for digital retrieval.
- Candidates could be asked to work up to 15 hours of overtime during the week plus additional hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Actual schedule can vary depending on department and business volume.
- Candidates should be available and prepared to work this overtime as requested.
- Overtime is subject to change as business volume dictates.

- Detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Some mortgage industry experience a plus.
