Associate Email Producer

Our client is A SUPER HIGH-VISIBILITY ONLINE SERVICES COMPANY looking for SPECIALIST EMAIL PRODUCERS to join their CREATIVE AND PRODUCTION SOLUTIONS TEAM. As a member of the team, the Email Producer will work directly with global Outbound Marketing Managers to ensure the flawless creation of all email marketing communications to the highest standard. Applicants should have a masterful grasp of coding HTML for email and will be responsible for turning marketing requirements into high impact email campaigns.

This is a fast-paced production role within a results orientated team. Ideally, applicants will have worked in similar environments previously, either agency or client side, wholly dedicated to email production and be very familiar with email coding best practices. Applicants need to be at the forefront of email design and production, with their finger on the pulse of emerging trends, platform capabilities and coding techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create email campaigns that render perfectly across multiple platforms.
- Troubleshoot HTML rendering issues and make suggestions for coding improvements to enhance render-ability across a wide range of popular email clients (Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail etc.).
- Cross client-quality review with Litmus.
- Work collaboratively with Outbound Marketing Managers and creative team to fine tune campaign performance through a systematic approach to creative testing.
- Traffic campaign workload between Producers with little need for supervision.
- Act as brand champion within the email channel, contributing to creative requirements to ensure consistency and an optimal customer experience.
- Consistently code emails to the highest standards, never settling for mediocrity and always pushing the envelope in terms of what can be achieved.
- Remain flexible and agile in the face of changing business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in Email Production (agency or client side)
- Must live and breathe HTML and demonstrate an ability to hand-code
- Must have strong HTML coding experience
